Return and Refund Policy

Our products are considered food items and most are made fresh to order. For these reasons, we are unable to offer refunds. All items are final sale. We appreciate your understanding. Please let us know within 7 business days of any concerns by contacting us at info@relishmarket.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, if any items are missing from the order or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If applicable, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that photo proof will speed up the resolution process. 

Perishable in store pickup orders:

Any perishable item not picked up from our store within 3 business days of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" notification will be refunded to the customer minus a 25% restocking fee. Please ensure that you are ready and able to pickup perishable items prior to placing the order. Contact us at info@relishmarket.com for assistance.
