Organic Milk Thistle Seeds may support a healthy liver and historically has been used as a liver tonic & in various digestive formulas. While these seeds may be ground and used to make a tea or coffee substitute, they also can be chewed and ingested.

For a single cup of tea: add 1 teaspoon to 8 oz of boiling water. Steep for 5-8 minutes. Grind the seeds 1st to receive the biggest benefits.
