May help with allergy relief, prostate health & arthritic pain relief. Nettle leaf is also known to be anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and astringent.

Use as a tea. Add 8 oz of boiling water to 1 teaspoon of nettle leaf. Steep for 5-10 minutes.
