Senna Leaf is used as a laxative and a detoxing agent to remove toxins from the body. Best to take at night with plenty of water. Steep a small amount (about 1/4 teaspoon) in 8 oz boiled water for approximately 7-10 minutes. Add a sweetener or other flavoring like lemon, mint, lavender, etc.
